Today, we will start from Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station and stroll around dropping by the popular facilities and finish up at Tokyo Big Sight station. Start
Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station (New Transit Yurikamome)
Go out from the ticket gate of Yurikamome line, Odaiba-Kaihinkoen Station
, go down the stairs on the left, turn left at the main street and go straight. Go up the stairs at the DECKS Tokyo Beach and go inside the ISLAND MALL on the left. Walk through the mall lined with shops and reach Madam Tussauds Tokyo
. Wax figure of Matsuko Deluxe welcomes you at the entrance and inside you will have a heart beating encounter with various stars. Leaving the museum, go along the Tokyo Joypolis and you will get to the Seaside Deck where you can enjoy the wonderful Odaiba ocean view in front of you. Proceed viewing the Rainbow Bridge and the Statue of Liberty and go along the deck to the left direction. Go under the overpass of Yurikamome line and go straight the Symbol Promenade crisscrossing the Odaiba area. Take left at the twin statues “Bishin-no-mon”, The Headquarters Building of Fuji Television
is right there. After enjoying the panoramic view from the spherical observation room, go down the grand stairs of the building back to Symbol Promenade and go to the left. Cross the West Park Bridge and when you see the Flame of Freedom Statue on your right, turn left. Walk a bit and The life-sized Unicorn Gundam Statue
appears in front of the Diver City Tokyo Plaza. From here, proceed the Center Promenade, cross the Deai Bridge and go inside the VenusFort
on your right. Walking through the beautiful European style townscape, go out from the main gate to the Circle Deck, go through the MEGA WEB in front and you will reach the Palette Town Ferris Wheel. Ahead of the entrance gate of the Palette Town Ferris Wheel, there is the entrance to the popular new type of museum, EPSON teamLab Boarderless
. You can experience gigantic scale digital art world here. Go down the stairs ahead of the Ferris Wheel, go straight viewing the parking lot on the right. When you hit the river, turn right and then turn left at the Tokyowangan Under Exit intersection. Cross the Akemi Bridge and go down the stairs on the left to Mizu no Hiroba Park
. Let’s enjoy the pleasant ocean view walking along the coast side promenade. Just before the end of the promenade, go up the stairs on the left and we will get to the goal station, Tokyo Big Sight Station
. Why not enjoy the scenery from the train window of Yurikamome on our way back as well.

Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station
From Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station, New Transit Yurikamome
This station was selected as one of the “100 Best Selections of the Kanto Area Stations” in 1998 as the station where the history and the modernization are united. The station was named Odaiba-kaihinkoen after the marine park in front of the station. In the park you can enjoy playing in the water, do fishing and board sailing. On the other side of the station, you will find completely different cityscape with many skyscrapers line up.
Go out the ticket gate and go down the stairs on the left to Exit
DECKS Tokyo Beach and Tokyo Joypolis are nearby.

Madam Tussauds Wax Museum was founded in England in 1800s. Madam Tussauds Museums are now in the major countries of the world such as the US, the Netherlands, Germany and China which have become major tourist attractions. More than 200 precise measurements of the model figure is done and is created carefully in details that it takes about three months before it is completed. Visiting a popular commercial broadcasting station, Fuji Television.
The unique headquarters building of Fuji Television with the sphere shaped observatory room housed in the middle of the building has become one of the landmarks of Odaiba. Including observatory room, museum on the fifth floor and the shop selling original goods are opened to the public. Posters for TV shows and movies on the walls are one of the highlights of the tour. Enjoying the atmosphere of the broadcasting station could be another unique experience.

Go down the stairs from the Promenade to the front of the building.

Hachitama
Spherical observation room on the 25th floor, 100 meters above ground, offers you 270-degree scenery of the Tokyo Waterfront City area. On a fine clear day, you can have an impressive great panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and the Tanzawa mountains. This observation room is also used as a photo studio where large monitors and lighting equipment are installed.

Gachapin & Mukku Museum
Gachapin and Mukku made their debut in the children’s TV program “Hirake! Ponkikki” started in 1973 and have become popular characters loved by people of all ages. Gachapin and Mukku’s nostalgic videos and props, their unknown mode of life are displayed in this museum on the 5th froor.
Gachapin welcomes you at the museum entrance on the 5th floor.
“Gachapin・Mukku Museum” is open all year round.
Enjoy the nostalgic world of “Ponkikkis”.
You can take a photo with Gachapin and Mukku.
Fuji TV Shop: Fuji-san
“Fuji-san” on the 7th floor sells a wide variety of official goods of the popular programs broadcast by Fuji TV and limited items only available here. Good place to buy souvenirs.
“Fuji san” on the 7th floor is a good place for souvenir shopping.
Fuji television’s official character, “Laugh” goods are also well selling items.

The life-sized Unicorn Gundam Statue
19.7 meter high Giant mobile suit towering in Odaiba
“ Mobile Suit Gundam” is an animation of high popularity in Japan and overseas as well. The new series “Mobile Suit UC(Unicorn)” was adopted into a movie in 2010 and the replica of the mobile suite from the series was elaborately reproduced as “The life-sized Unicorn Gundam Statue” which the dynamic figure overwhelms the spectators. During the daytime, various parts of the statue start moving and the Gundam transforms from “Unicorn Mode” into the greatest fighting posture called “Destroy Mode”. At night, special performance “WALL-G” by illumination, image and music are showcased on the statue. You will be drawn into the world of “Mobile Suit Gundam UC” all day long.

Fascinating indoor shopping mall recreating the townscape of Medieval Europe
It is a large commercial facility with over 160 shops and restaurants. New type of museum for immersing yourself in the artworks.
Museum where you can fully enjoy the artworks of team Lab, an art collective, actively working in Japan and overseas. Visitors will experience the three-dimensional art world created by 520 computers and 470 projectors in the 10,000m² floor space. There are no borders between artworks that they interact and stimulate each other, and at times they are combined and become united. It offers the chance for visitors to enjoy being a part of the artwork and create another new world. There is no map of the facility, so that the visitors will wander, explore and discover their ways among the artworks themselves. This is the way to enjoy this museum. Mizu no Hiroba Park
A park where you can appreciate different views is also a good place for fishing.
A waterfront park between Big Sight Station and Aomi Station, the New Transit Yurikamome Line. It is divided into four areas: “Akemi Bridge to Ariake Passenger Water-bus Terminal” where you can watch the maritime buses come and go, “Akemi Bridge East Area” where you can see the Yume-no-Ohashi Bridge on Symbol Promenade, “Akemi Bridge West Area” where you can view the TFT Building and “Aomi Station to Akemi Bridge Area” where you can see the Palette Town Ferris Wheel up close. It is famous for fishing where goby, juvenile Japanese sea perch, flounder and scorpionfish are caught. Hydrangeas bloom beautifully in the park in June.
Go down the stairs and enter Mizu no Hiroba Park. This time, we are walking the area: “Akemi Bridge to Ariake Passenger Ship Terminal”.
This park is popular as the good fishing spot and good for family recreation as well.
Take a break at the octagonal-shape observatory. Ferris wheel is seen from here.

It’s nice to watch ships passing by from the waterfront park.

The station name “Tokyo Big Sight” is the name of the largest international exhibition center in Japan. It hosts various commercial exhibitions and events. The station gets very crowded during the period when the popular events such as Tokyo Motor Show and Comic Market are held. You can board the maritime bus for Hinode Pier from a nearby Tokyo Big Sight boarding point (Ariake Passenger Ship Terminal).

A building with a unique roof shape is the Tokyo Big Sight.The international Broadcast Center for Tokyo Olympics & Paralympics were located here.
Go up the stairs to the ticket gate at the station.
