This is the must-drop-by shop during the Yanaka Osampo. Various types of “Maneki-neko”, a mascot to bring good lucks, line up in the shop and most of them are hand painted. In addition to the regular and seasonal items, they offers custom-paint figurine from the photo of your own cat. Also, you can experience painting the Maneki-neko figurine at the shop’s attached café, “Café Nekoemon”. Painting ceramic cat-figurine with color pen is easy that anyone from children to adults can enjoy. How about making your only one Maneki-neko in the world during your tea time?
